Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

The stressors of daily life can be difficult to manage on the best of days, but for those experiencing mental health issues, these stressors can feel insurmountable. Many people I have worked with are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, identity issues, suicidal thoughts, etc. Many of them struggle with unhealthy coping skills, such as self-harm or other risky behaviors. They are seeking a safe outlet for self-expression, reflection, and creating healthy coping strategies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board-Certified Art Therapist, I have experience working with a variety of ages and settings, with a focus on helping these individuals reach their personal goals and reduce distressing symptoms. I use an integrative, strength-based approach, incorporating art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Care.

Together, we can create a therapeutic space that fosters safety and healing, and helps you to work towards your goals. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and background in my practice.
